MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Manage sales, research and identify new business opportunities,including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
- Conduct lead generation and prospecting to create new opportunities
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings face to face, online or over the phone
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Provide a regular report of sales opportunities
- Coordinate with other team to create timely high-standard proposal, demo, contract, and invoice to the client
- Plan, monitor and evaluate sales results to improve performance
- Develop innovative and creative sales methods
- Ensure the team constantly achieves KPIs
- Be proactive in developing & maintaining the required level of knowledge in bespoke software solutions, cloud, mobile app and new technologies.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is required (IELTS > 7.0)
- At least 2 years experience in sales or business development
- Driven to acquire high commission
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Working experience in IT industry, project manager or product owner position is preferred
- Familiar and comfortable with technology.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, be prepared to seize opportunities and challenges as well
