  • Manage sales, research and identify new business opportunities,including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
  • Conduct lead generation and prospecting to create new opportunities
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings face to face, online or over the phone
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients/customers
  • Provide a regular report of sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with other team to create timely high-standard proposal, demo, contract, and invoice to the client
  • Plan, monitor and evaluate sales results to improve performance
  • Develop innovative and creative sales methods
  • Ensure the team constantly achieves KPIs
  • Be proactive in developing & maintaining the required level of knowledge in bespoke software solutions, cloud, mobile app and new technologies.


  • Fluency in verbal and written English is required (IELTS > 7.0)
  • At least 2 years experience in sales or business development
  • Driven to acquire high commission
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Working experience in IT industry, project manager or product owner position is preferred
  • Familiar and comfortable with technology.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, be prepared to seize opportunities and challenges as well
