Increasing recruitment efficiency by applying AI Recommendations

NTQ has developed a system for a top recruitment company in Japan, whose site has more than 200.000 applicants and nearly 7000 businesses signing up. 
In general, all employers have strict requirements for each vacancy. Finding & filtering potential candidates are not always easy and might be a headache for the HR Department.

To solve this issue, NTQ has applied AI Recommendations to filter data & recommend suitable candidates based on clear requirements set by businesses. Currently, we’ve moved to the next stage of researching and building deep learning models. By the end of November, the new model will be integrated into the customer's system, and is expected to improve process efficiency.

This is one of AI Center's key projects, and our team is determined to successfully implement it to show NTQ's capabilities in the field of AI.
